Lolit Solis commends Dingdong Dantes's leadership for establishing AKTOR
Entertainment personality and columnist Lolit Solis commended Dingdong Dantes for establishing the group AKTOR, which aims to create a community of actors who will stand up against social issues and change the public notion that actors have shallow roles in society.
On Instagram, Lolit said that its infancy has showcased Dingdong's leadership skills in transforming the entertainment industry for the better.
Additionally, the columnist defended and supported Dingdong by justifying his background in the industry and as a citizen of the Philippines.
“Give him the chance to show that an actor can still be helpful in his own way to change what he thinks is not right.
“Go Dingdong, help out, do your share to make this world better.”
It was on July 2 when AKTOR was introduced by the Kapuso Primetime King.
Among its members are Janine Gutierrez, Carlo Gonzalez, Gabbi Garcia, Gabby Eigenmann, Glaiza de Castro, Khalil Ramos, Lauren Young, Meryll Soriano, Michael de Mesa, Mikoy Morales, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and many more.
Back then, Dingdong said about AKTOR, “Bilang mga responsableng mamamayan naming gagampanan ang aming 'papel' sa lipunan. We are the industry's co-creators and collaborators.
“We are the country's storytellers. We will work with you in building a stronger nation -- one act at a time.”
