WATCH: Filmmaker Quark Henares proposes to girlfriend Bianca Yuzon

Film director Quark Henares, the son of celebrity doctor Vicki Belo, popped the question to his singer-songwriter girlfriend Bianca Yuzon on Friday, April 6.
