In a Facebook post yesterday, May 29, the lead vocalist of the Mocha Girls and staunch supporter of Rodrigo Duterte made some clarifications.
Mocha stressed that she has never claimed that VP-elect Robredo cheated in the May 9 polls.
She explained, “NEVER ko sinabing NANDAYA SI VP LENI. As a matter of fact I even said I RESPECT THE RESULTS OF THIS ELECTION. That’s why I address her as VICE PRESIDENT.”
Moreover, she urged Congresswoman Robredo that her loyalty should be for the Filipino people and not to her political party anymore.
“Since now na VP na ng buong Pilipinas si Mam LENI ROBREDO her loyalty should no longer be with AQUINO, ROXAS or to her Party. Her LOYALTY should be to our PRESIDENT DUTERTE and since you are the VP of our country, dapat ang katapatan mo ay sa BAYAN din.”
Since Mocha uploaded her statement in the social media site, it has gotten over 8,200 likes and was shared over 1,600 times as of writing.
