After a certain photo of Ms. Universe Pia Wurtzbach and Dr. Mike standing side-by-side circulated online, many of Queen Pia's followers were left wondering if there's something going on between the two.

Neither Pia nor the doctor have confirmed anything yet but Pia recently posted a photo on her Twitter account-- her photo with the sexy doctor after an intense boxing session.
