Doctor Mike, dubbed as the ‘hot doctor of Instagram,’ is one of many who fell for the Filipina beauty queen’s charm.

The two met a week ago and tens of thousands of netizens couldn’t help but gush about how good the two stunners look together.

As if that wasn’t enough to bring on the kilig, the two exchanged messages on Twitter when Pia announced that she wasn’t feeling well.
