Lovi isn't contented with normal crunches so she hangs herself upside down on a punching bag and does an inverted sit-up. This exercise will definitely make your whole core burn compared to crunches on the mat.

But she’s not done with just that. Lovi shares another video of her full body workout wherein she does a couple deadlifts and various exercises. This workout is best for the thighs, glutes, and arms.

With her tedious exercise, Lovi also makes sure that she keeps herself hydrated and gets all the nutrients that she needs. Before every workout, she prepares herself a glass of green juice.
Here’s a recipe:
1 glass of cold pressed Coconut milk
1 glass of Coconut water
1 tbsp. of Acai powder
1 tbsp. of spirulina
1 tbsp. of maca powder
1 tbsp. of Goji berries
1 tbsp. of cacao powder
1 tbsp. of chia seeds
