Sa report ni Luane Dy sa Balitanghali, pinakita ang video tweet ng “promposal” ng binata. Ika niya: “I may not be as handsome a James Franco, or as funny as Seth Rogen, or may be as ripped as Channing Tatum, but I can say this: I am a runner-up. This is my question for you. Pia, will you go to prom with me on April 23rd?”

Sinagot naman ni Pia sa isa ring video tweet si Jerald. Aniya, “Hi Jerald, I got your promposal, I never got a proposal like that before, so that's definitely a first. I would love to go, if my schedule permits, we'll see. I can't promise anything right now. But your message was really sweet."
