Marco and Lara, who is Miss International 2005, were first married in civil rites in Vancouver on January 1, 2011. They had a second ceremony in Manila on July 8, 2012.
Son
The couple has three boys already. Lara gave birth to Noah in November 2012, their second son Tobias Nolan in September 2018, and their third son, Moses in September 2020.
