In an exclusive interview with GMAnetwork.com, Addy Raj talked about his workout regimen.

He elaborated, "Of course, you need to work out, so this is how I do it: the minimum workout you should have per month is 15 times, however you divide it is up to you. I would say, maximum of five times a week, but basically, you have to reach 15 in a month. 15 workouts. 

His diet is a "no-diet plan," he eats but only eats healthy. 

He explained, "I don't believe in diets. Because when you say you're on a diet, at one point you're going to go off the diet. Because you can not forever be on a diet. So, I believe in just eating healthy and when you eat healthy, you automatically tend to eat less. Everyone practically knows what healthy food is, that means vegetables, fruits, less carbs, no sugary stuff. I eat food that naturally has high fiber which makes your appetite less, and you tend to eat less, which makes your overall calorie intake less."
