Don Griego prepared everything for Mabelle’s wake, and rejoiced at the thought that he has Aldrin’s trust again. But the good times did not last for Don Griego long enough, as Ricardo, his exiled son, returned and spilled the secrets of his past to Aldrin. He even convinced Aldrin that the don was very instrumental to Mabelle’s act of suicide. Aldrin was enraged to learn that Don Griego was the reason for his family’s death and vowed to take revenge. He dug a grave for Don Griego, kidnapped him then insisted that he killed himself, but the don refused. Aldrin was on the verge of taking the don’s life, but Jenna’s arrival stopped him. With Ricardo’s return, likewise, more secrets are revealed and the number of people after Don Griego’s wealth increased. Rosa admitted Claire is Ricardo’s daughter, after the latter’s attempt to take advantage of the young lady’s drunkenness. Now that Claire is a certified Griego, will she also run after Don Griego’s wealth and maltreat Jenna and Aldrin? Does Aldrin have a back-up plan that can assure him of his victory over Don Griego?
